Rating / Voting Added to Stories

We have just added a Rating / Voting feature on the Story content type.
Members may now rate stories on the scale of 1 to 5 "Hearts," 5 being the highest.
To rate a story, click on 1 to 5 hearts. Your rate will then be counted as a vote for the story, and will affect the average rating for the story.
Your rating for each story is also shown alongside the average rating.
Rules:
You may only rate for a story once.
Authors may not rate their own story (of course)
Only registered members may rate stories, and they must be logged in.
UPDATE:
A Ratings page has been created to show stories that have been rated. You can find the link in the top menu: Ratings.

Going back to the past
We're back from were we were a couple years ago. Some functions were good for the site and always welcomed by the community. I also see that the chat room bar is lit up below, thanks.

I don't know anything about programming or upgrading. And don't know PSE history. I don't know any features that is back or not. It's an observation on my part and its valid.
The correct reply would be, to tell me informatively that it was down on such accounts, instead of taking it for granted that i knew such and such and therefore shoundn't had aske in the first place.

Which would you rather have, PSE down for almost 6 months or down for a few hours. There was a time when it was down for at least 6 months straight.

Pre pag naubusan ng pera si admin, tiyak mawawala ang PSE. Pre kinonteradik mo naman ang sinabi mo, eh forever ay English na in Tagalog ay habang buhay. Ano ka ba naman, lilituhin mo pa kami. Mabuti pa kumain muna tayo ng sariwang mane, yung puputok palang sa kanyang shell bago maging pop corn.

Is the rating/voting features not responding, or is it just in mine?
No matter how many times I click those respected numbers to vote, its really not working.
